For larger or customized projects, specific terms may be agreed upon in writing between both parties. In the event of conflict, those custom agreements will override these general terms.

You may cancel services with written notice. Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly. Maintenance services may be canceled with one month's notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in the Czech Republic, in accordance with applicable law.
